Great Hearts Texas is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide custodial services for district facilities in accordance with Texas Education Code §44.031.
Proposals will be received until 5.00 PM (CST), March 12, 2026, at Great Hearts Texas,12500 San Pedro Ave., Suite 500, San Antonio, TX 78216, at which time properly submitted proposals will be opened. RFP documents, specifications, and submission instructions are available at www.GreatheartsTXschools.org or, please email info@greatheartstxschools.org.
Reference “GHTX – Janitorial -OPS -2026-2027” on all submissions. Great Hearts Texas reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award to the proposer providing the best value to the district.

SSK 2026-2027 Student Success Kits
Closing Date: February 10, 2026 | 3:00 PM CST
Great Hearts Texas is accepting proposals from qualified, experienced firms capable of providing high-quality supplies to our Scholars in accordance with Texas State law. The deadline for submitting bids is February 10, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST. All bids must be received at the administrative offices located at 12500 San Pedro, Suite 500, San Antonio, TX 78216 by hand delivery or mail before the deadline. Facsimile or e-mail submissions will NOT be accepted. Sealed bids must be marked “ATTN: Michelle Hull/RESPONSE TO RFP #7-2022-GHTX.” NO RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINE. The proposal documents and general information concerning this request may be obtained from Great Hearts Texas by emailing Michelle Hull, Director of Campus Operations, Michelle.hull@greatheartstxschools.org. Responses will be opened on February 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM (CST) at 12500 San Pedro, Suite 500, San Antonio, TX 78216. The Superintendent of Great Hearts Texas, or designee, reserves the right to reject any and/or all responses, waive technicalities, re-advertise, or proceed in the best interest of the school.
